Delete Your Account & Data
If you wish to delete your Dzrto account and all associated personal data, you can do so by following one of the methods below. Once processed, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.
Method 1: Email Request
Send an email to our support team requesting account deletion:

- Include the email address associated with your Dzrto account
- We will verify your identity and process your request
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted
Method 2: In-App Deletion
- Log in to your Dzrto account
- Go to Profile أ¢â€ ’ Edit Profile
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
- Saved delivery addresses
- Order history
- Chat messages
- Wishlist and saved items
- All linked social login connections (Facebook, Google)
Processing Time: Your data deletion request will be processed within 30
days. You will receive a confirmation once the process is complete.
Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law (e.g., financial
transaction records for tax purposes). Such data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
